The customer service I received was amazing. After several delays ( my fault) our carpet arrived when promised. Floors Delivered worked with me closely to insure that my carpet would arrive when I needed it. Their website made it easy to order, track and pay without ever leaving my computer. Not to mention they had the best price on this high end custom made carpet that I needed. I highly recommend Floors Delivered and will be sure to use them again.

We love the Marathon II Colonial Pecan 48" solid luxury vinyl planks we ordered. They are beautiful! Delivery was fast and very well organized. The driver called me right as planned before leaving the warehouse and met me at our condo, then brought everything up the elevator right to our place.

Great floors and beuitiful, We use and abuse our floors. After having oaks in our previous home we decided on hickory because its so much harder and durable. So far it lives up to the hype, our last floors showed denting and scratches right away. I recommend going to hickory if you can afford the differnce

Looks great, very easy to install. Make sure and get the recommended glue, it saved my butt. I first tried installing it with a urethane glue, which was a nightmare. The stauf glue spread so much easier and was a breeze to clean up after
